Meal Prep For A Remote Employee

Remote employee meal preparation looks different. I've tried the containers I took to work, but I found that when I had other choices I didn't always eat them. They had 3 spots that were perfect to go with my 21 Day Fix portion control containers. I simply found that working at home it is best if I do it this way. So...we adjust.

Now I prep pieces of meals (grilled chicken, brown rice, etc) that I can use in various ways. I can throw these on a salad, wrap, by themselves, etc. Basically, I make some veggies and proteins and go from there. For Christmas I got the Instant Pot silicone egg cup piece. It's perfect for eggs, desserts and more. The best part? It excites me! That makes me want to keep going. I know. It's the little things. Those things count.

So how can a person start this process? We are all a beginner at some point in life. Meal prep is no different. My recommendations: * Start simple - don't worry about complicated recipes. Those can come later if you want. For now, just get started.

* Start basic - do a sheet pan meal with veggies and meat that you can break into different meals. Very simple, just coat with some coconut oil and seasoning, bake and separate into meals. Perfect!

How about you? What have you tried? What works best for you? Need help? Let's chat!
